Trip to Slovakia

We started with the annual blacksmith festival taking place at the Helfštýn castle. There are artists from all over the world, creating amazing metal statues on the spot. My favourite was the Phoenix with blue gemstones in his wings. I would love to have one of the statues in my garden, sighhhhhh ....

This one is a seaweed from an Italian blacksmith.

We carried on to visit my grandmotherrelatives in various parts of Slovakia and took Hugo for a hikes in the mountains.
